I am a co-owner of Paz Houz Hostel in Florianópolis, where I have developed and honed my skills in customer service, financial management, team leadership, channel manager (reservation system synchronized with external booking platforms) management, and social media and paid traffic management. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to enhancing my competencies in organization, time management, customer relations, and business analysis, providing me with a strategic and integrated view of the hospitality industry.Before entering the hospitality sector, I worked for seven years in film and TV production in São Paulo, serving as a front-line and location producer. In this role, I was responsible for budget control of locations, liaising with property owners and the film crew, presenting locations through photos and technical sheets, and managing projects and events. This experience gave me proficiency in spreadsheets, photography for space presentation, and the process of obtaining permits from public authorities.Currently, I am expanding my knowledge and skills in the information technology market by studying Data Science at TripleTen Brazil. My goal is to integrate these new competencies into my business and explore opportunities in the tech field, always seeking innovation and efficiency.
