I designed the brand's visual identity, packaging and social media posts.- I designed a responsive website layout in Figma and conducted user testing as part of qualitative research. We opted for Shopify's SaaS technology, which required a slight UX redesign and technology compromises. I edited the website code as needed.- I created personas, user scenarios, information architecture, card sorting, flowchart, empathy maps, and customer journey map.- I analyzed website traffic on an ongoing basis using Hotjar and Google Analytics 4.
