wasy was an online laundry and dry cleaning company that brings together the best of traditional industry with the most innovative technology. We worked through two main customer channels, wasy point of sales (lockers, offices and retail) and home delivery.I led the whole project from the beginning, developing and implementing all processes as well as developing the software to integrate industrial and logistics with the customer. Everything from scratch. I led the development of the intelligent lockers as a channel for picking up and delivering clothes to buildings; we developed everything, design, mechanics, hardware and software.I developed the whole brand and sales design and strategy, implementing it in online and offline campaigns. During this time, I had the opportunity to create and develop my own team, working with them to achieve our targets.Unfortunately, in 2018 we had a fire in Madrid facilities and we couldn't recover from it. We closed the company in 2019.

My main achievement during this period is the development of a strategy model to facilitate and improve decision-making on where and how to produce (globally). It allowed me to boost my interpersonal skills in a multicultural team.During my work at Nunhems I had two main roles. On one hand, I led strategic projects (the one mentioned above). On the other hand, I supported and challenged strategy in 7 vegetable crops as a member of the different Strategic Crop Teams (worldwide).

I really enjoyed working in Human. I had the opportunity to manage company improvement projects from the very first contact with the companies to the end of the projects. It allowed me to develop my commercial skills, realizing how much I liked managing customers.I led several improvement projects especially in food industry and services sector (even public organizations) where results were always over expectations, achieving and exceeding customer goals (evaluation always over 8). I was as well involved in Human Resources projects where I realized about the importance of leadership and motivation, developing my skills in creating and maintaining team enthusiasm.

When I finished my studies I decided to work abroad. I found an opportunity at Whirlpool Europe s.r.l. in Italy where they offered me the possibility to join a strategic project in Logistics: the implementation of a quality system.During my work there I learned how a quality system works (KPI, procedures, audits, etc), and how to manage all the culture differences among European countries. We developed as well global improvement projects in transport and warehouse processes, implementing best practices all across the logistics organization. We achieved 30% non-quality costs reduction.
