I firmly believe that you have to be the change you want to see in the world. With a passion for research, the hospital environment, the pharmaceutical industry and scientific dissemination. I have recently realized a curious fact.As a child I grew up in a scientific and clinical family environment. I saw and experienced in my own flesh how knowledge and science had the power to help others and improve their lives. That's why I couldn't help but fall in love with health and the infinite possibilities that science opens up for us.I have seen this potential first hand helping and following over 25,000 patients in my pharmacy office experience.As a recent experience I had the opportunity to write and publish a scientific article in a demanding Journal of Q1 IF: 5,741. Currently, I am preparing a systematic review on the effect of nutritional coaching for weight loss that will be published in the same journal.I am curious by nature. I like to learn and share useful and practical information to help people improve their health. I know I still have so much to learn but I adapt quickly to new work environments.In this last year I have transformed this interest into a real change producing a personal project. A weekly Podcast on popular science and personal development.
