Conduct classes in Hotel Management, Reservations, Front Office and Night Audit procedures. Instruct students in CLS computer systems. Give insight into Property Management System Interfaces and Hubart Room rate formulas. Each student becomes familiar with the entire structure of the lodging industry, Completion of the course for each student is of a duration of six months. Currently I am teaching four seperate classes concurrently.

Teaching Reservations, Sales, Accounting procedures, Night Audit, manual and computer procedures for Front office and reservations.

Night Manager of this 372 unit inn. Immediate supervisor to a staff of 35 employees consisting of Front Office, Bell Desk, Reservations, PBX, Housekeepers, Maintenance, Restaurant, Catering, Night Auditors and Security personnel. Trained all Front Office personnel to conform to updated Hilton Corporate procedures. Set up computer training program for all new employees using Hiltron and North reservations systems.
