Technical Professional Halliburton Baroid Surface Solutions (Contracted through ESK Offshore )  Reporting to Sub Sahara Regional TP for supplying technical support and management of BSS personnel and equipment for OBM cuttings waste management onboard the Pacific Santa Anna drill ship operating offshore Senegal and Mauritania contracted to TOTAL for two wells. Based onshore coordinating the implementation of the project, managing daily BSS operations effectively. Ensured Daily reports were completed from the rig and correct. Compiled and submitted end of section and well reports to client Coordinated movement of Cuttings collection skips to and from the rig and monitored performance of third-party waste treatment contractor. Oversee preventative maintenance programs for BSS equipment and equipment spare parts inventory. Uphold and promote Halliburton and client QHSE policies and standards with personnel and clients. Attended daily client meetings and visits and ensuring service quality is maintained. Install and operate Slops treatment unit on Shore based Mud Plant. Operate the STU processing slops shipped ashore contaminated with Oil.  Equipment Utilised, 2 x Vertical Cuttings dryers, 2 x BRANDT HS3400 Centrifuges, and associated VFD controlled PD Pumps, 1 x 150Hp Vacuum Unit, 4 x Cuttings conveyors with Skip loading station, Vacuum rated cuttings collection skips and 1 x Halliburton Slops Treatment Unit.

 Managed a Boat tank cleaning operation on contract to Murphy Oil & Gas. Led 24-hour operations with 2 x 7-man crews utilising 1 x MI SWACO automatic tank cleaning unit. Cleaning out drilling fluid residue from mud storage tanks of oil rig supply vessels.

 Reported to the Regional Manager and provided technical support to field operations within the MENA region. Undertook troubleshooting and fault finding on Mi SWACO equipment. Trained personnel in the correct operation and maintenance of equipment, including fault finding and troubleshooting. Conducted installation surveys and created equipment installation designs. Undertook full project management as well as comprehensive rig audits. Oversaw the Dubai workshop operation for the repair and rebuilding of all types of Mi SWACO solids control and waste management equipment from within and outside the Middle East region. Equipment scope: PLC controlled fully hydraulic high-speed horizontal centrifuges with rotating assemblies ranging in sizes from 14” (356mm) to 24” (600mm).
