I joined Davis Langdon in 1992 and soon after became the lead Mechanical and Electrical Cost Consultant for the group. This included developing design stage cost estimates for the Mechanical and Electrical systems for hundreds of large scale projects across the country, providing essential advice to clients on the appropriate budgets for their building systems and helping them evaluate alternative, cost effective solutions.

Canary Wharf, London

I was the Managing Surveyor responsible for Canary Wharf Phase II project in London, England, where I gained extensive experience working for both contractors and consultants. I had a focus on mechanical and electrical cost planning and management.
