With over 27 years of sales, marketing, and operational experience, I founded RTB Limited, a veteran-owned and operated company that provides outsourced sales leadership and consulting for emerging and growing businesses in the fields of robotics, medical devices, biotech, pharma, and tech or SAAS products. I leverage my MBA and multiple certifications in sales and marketing to help my clients achieve their revenue and growth goals in the competitive and complex markets they operate in.As a former combat medic and staff sergeant in the Army Reserve, I bring a strong sense of duty, discipline, and resilience to my work and my team. I am passionate about coaching and developing sales teams and leaders and empowering veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs to grow and scale their ventures. I also enjoy learning new skills and challenging myself physically and mentally through sports such as rugby, boxing, and BJJ. My primary goal and challenge throughout my life is self-renewal, inspired by a poem written by my father.
