I have circa 30 years experience in the construction and property industry, holding various leadership and board positions over a 20 year period within both regional, national and international businesses.I have a strong commercial and operations background which I have used to good effect in leading and managing businesses between £20m and £450m. My most recent corporate position was as Deputy CEO of Bouygues UK, an £800m construction and property development business.I have been heavily involved in four business transactions and subsequent integrations; including selling as a director employee, buying on behalf of shareholders as a director employee, buying as part of an MBO in the capacity of a director shareholder and selling as a director shareholder.I currently have a portfolio of business commitments including;1. Owner and director of a property development business, 376 Estates Ltd, specialising in new build housing, student accommodation and care home sectors.2. Executive Chairman of Autograph Homes Ltd, a new homes business active in the South West of England.3. Owner and director of Avode Ltd, a business providing finance to the UK property development sector.4. Member of the Advisory Board for Regal London.
