As a Business Administrator, I am responsible for developing reporting protocols for the analysis of team workloads and measurement of service delivery outcomes. In addition, I provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the NDIS Services Manager for inclusion in the monthly board report. I also contribute to the efficiency of an organisation through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving internal claim issues through interrogation of WCS and NDIA systems.
