I am experienced and confident inmanaging full lifecycle, multi million pound capital investment programmes and business criticaldigital and customer experience transformation.As a key support to the Board and Executive Team I shape and lead PMO capability to drive theright business outcomes. I combine my extensive technical experience, PRINCE 2, MSP, Agile,APMG, MOR to create highly performing programme and project teams who can effectivelydeliver on time and to budget using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methods.
