I was attracted to the role at SFS as the company was Whole of Market at the time I joined and I felt that this was the next logical step. I began as a home service advisor but found this role to be a little isolated and when the opportunity of a branch role became available I applied for a transfer. During my time with SFS I obtained my Dip PFS and I am currently working in the Edinburgh Branch of the Skipton Building Society in Frederick Street. I was heavily involved with the training and development of the branch staff in relation to them building relationships with clients and attaining lead targets in addition to the responsibilities of my own role.

Worked with A&L briefly as a Financial Consultant. Branch based in Dunfermline and Linlithgow branches and worked as an integral part of the branch team.

Financial Consultant role. Worked in various branches in Fife and Edinburgh during Lloyds many structural re-organisations during this period providing cover in branches with no full time FC. Became a new entrant trainer inducting and training new entrant FC's to the role and helping them achieve sign off. Gained my CeMap qualification.

Financial Consultant role working with an existing client bank and referrals from existing customers. Gainied my FPC certification.

Home service insurance agent selling and servicing existing client book and offering IB, OB and GB products and advice to customers.
