I am the electrical supervisor at MIR Enterprises.I am responsible for Keeping (3) bucket trucks and (1) service van along with our shop stocked with lighting and electrical materials needed for ongoing work. Maintaining stock levels to meet our workload with minimal overstock. I thrive on new challenges, have excellent computer skills, have a strong work ethic, and have proven growth in my divisions. I am responsible for the training, scheduling, and safety of my workers. I schedule my subordinates to get the most out of each day while keeping cost down as much as possible. I keep up with maintenance records for the company vehicles in my division, conduct monthly safety meetings, follow possible new customer leads, meet with possible new clients, quote jobs, follow thru with customer needs providing constant updates to strengthen relationships with my customers . I pride myself in being courteous , professional and proficient. I am an individual who is always looking for ways to improve both myself and the company I work for.
