Direct reports include Operations, Purchasing and Logistics, Maintenance and Engineering Managers. Direct interaction with Sales and Customer service and all other functional departments within the company.Major Accomplishments:Successfully aided in the sale of the Company to Buckingham Capital investment group in June 2007. Accurately presented company to all prospective buyers during the sale process. Able to transition company operations under the "strain" of being a capital leverage buy-out. Successfully changed company name twice in last three years helping to increase name recognition to the markets we serve.Directly responsible for the sales of product to India region after the sale of the company.
