I worked as an Associate Safety Engineer for the High Hazard Unit (North) - CalOSHA Enforcement My duties focused on comprehensive ( wall to wall) compliance inspections. I am trained and "certified" by CalOSHA in the following: Machine Guard, Lock-Out / Tag-Out, Accident Investigation, Excavation Safety / Competent Person, Legal Aspects, Report Writing and Fall Protection. I am recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Tile 8 California Code of Regulations

Serve as a safety liaison providing field observation reports to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) Safety Manager and the Senior Management team regarding daily contractor field activities.Provide safety expertise to help ensure CAL/OSHA and appropriate Federal, State and local rules and regulations are adhered to by Contractors on the PG&E Pipeline Safety Enhancement Program (P.S.E.P.), BASE and Pipeline replacement projects.Provide recommendations to develop a Contractor Safety Management Program for PGE. Help develop and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), based on the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z10 Standard. Create weekly Safety Messages and Safety Alerts for PG&E's Gas Distribution work force and to PG&E PSEP Contractors as well as various P.G.& E. work groups. Assisted with the PSEP Damage Prevention requirements.Assisted with “On-Boarding” of new Inspector training in 2012, creating 28 training modular. Assisted with the development of the “Site Specific Safety Plan” requirement for all contractors working on the Pipeline Safety Enhancement Program.Provided Subject Matter Expert recommendations with: Excavation Safety (TAB DATA, Shoring Requirements, Regional Call requirements, and CAL/OSHA T8 CCR 1541)

Serve as the Commandant of the CSMR Officer Canidate Program.* Developed the program in 2005

Managed all EH&S duties for California assests and provide EH&S support for CO. NM, OK,WY, and South Texas.Duties included but not limited to Contractor Safety, Air and Haz Permiting,as well as on site employee training.
