The team worked under the company's chief data officer (CDO).As the project manager, I planned, scheduled, and executed a year-long project which integrated new features on a pre-existing application and takes advantage of a wealth of data. I managed a team of 4 software developers and data scientists for multiple initiatives and features toward the company's product. Moreover, I utilized project management methods, standards, and documents such as the industry analysis and business domain analysis, business case, and project plan

As an intern, I assisted in product development in order to achieve product-market fit. I led data-gathering efforts (e.g. user testing and interviews) with industry professionals; in addition, I refined and evaluated the features of the company's product. Moreover, I strategically planned and assessed market opportunities, competitor developments, and possibilities for improvements.

In this position, I maintained the externally-oriented partnerships and engagements of the publication. I also managed 3 different branches comprised of 40 people. In addition, I spearheaded the publication's recruitment for new members through email campaigns and the creation of a new web page.

I planned and executed the publication's events and projects where I led a team of twenty people from pre-production to post-production. I also coordinated with the publication's numerous branches as well as external organizations to execute projects.
