Role:  Team Lead – Systems, Applications & Database (DB) - IT software projects, deployment and implementation Database Administration – Installing and upgrading the database server & Database querying (SQL), allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements, modifying the database structure, creating tables, Views, users and roles, backup and recovery, data archiving, database fine-tuning for peak level performance Generation of data mining and crystal reports of Stock Dividends, Bonus issue, Sticky labels and other reports. Assisting the Head of IT in managing the company IT infrastructure and implementing IT policies and strategies. Tools include: WINDOWS XP/2003-8/Vista/7, MS SQL Server 2008 R2, MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, HP Servers, Workstations & NetApp Storage Servers, APC Backup, FM-200, Access control, Cisco Switches/Routers, Checkpoint and Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) Firewalls, Kaspersky Antivirus.

Role:  Management of the company IT infrastructure (Hardware, Software, Networks, Databases, Mails etc) Implementation of the company IT policies in line with business objectives Implementation of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for Lagos Head Office and Port Harcourt branch Project Management and coordination of delivery Provision of supports services to Clients/Staff Management of Vendors, SLA/SLM, Incident & Problem resolution and escalation. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision Financials) Asycuda+/e-Manifest and e-Tracker® for Cargo Manifest processing for consignees and Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Cargo release/exit note processing, Container control & rental charges, Cargo tracking system Tools include: WINDOWS XP/Vista/7 SERVER 2003-8, MS SQL 2008, MS Access, Ms Visual FoxPro 9, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, HP/DELL Servers and Workstations, APC Backup, Cisco Switches/Router
