Paul is originally from Minot, North Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of North Dakota in 1989. Paul joined McMahan and Associates, P.C. in Avon, Colorado in 1992 and enjoys working with a variety of clients throughout Colorado. He has been actively involved in the Colorado accounting community working with the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), Hospitality and Financial Professionals (HFTP), Community Associations Institute (CAI), Colorado Government Finance Officers Association (CGFOA), as well as many other professional organizations. He has served on the CSCPA’s Governmental Accounting and Issues Committee, Tabor Amendment Subcommittee, and Continuing Professional Education Committee. He has served his community through participation on school boards and his local HOA Board. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching accounting classes for Colorado Mountain College.
