Also, * Launched a brand ambassador program that utilized Humana's social media platform and increased the number of clinicians engaged with related internal social media groups by 30 percent.* Recruited and cultivated new clinicians for weekly blog posts to help promote learning and development among clinicians.* Produced twice-a-month newsletter to promote new and existing CE / CME courses for Humana clinicians.* Wrote scripts for eLearning, partnering with other team members to deliver CE for Humana clinicians.

Working with the Humana's Clinical Care Services' communications team, I've helped stand up four-person communications team, lead the successful execution of multi-city Summits, and launched a segment-wide newsletter. I work with senior leaders to develop monthly Town Hall presentations and broadcast them via a Webcast and social media platform.* Operate at strategic and tactical level to plan and execute communication strategies to meet the needs of 13,000 associates and their leaders.* Plan and execute communications to support strategic engagement and well-being goals across Clinical Care Services.* Build relationships with other communications professionals and teams to enhance team's capabilities.* Continuously track and improve communication strategy, planning, and execution.

Partnered with Medicare Calls process organization and Medicare Contact Center to improve communications, establish Service Level Agreements, build trust, and strengthen consulting relationship. Developed new documentation styles to help Contact Center associates handle complex procedures.Led effort to strengthen relationship between NEPD and Tampa Contact Center via face-to-face visits helping associates understand Mentor, Humana's documentation system.
