Responsibilities:Provide efficient support to organisation and direct management.Implement training programmes for all staff across the company, monitor operations, and mentor all members of training department and relief team members to enhance capabilities of staff.Spearhead training and development portfolio and modify plans and policies of exercise in accordance with aptitude of team members on time and within budgetary constraints. Setting KPI’s and monitoring team performance, conducting appraisals on an annual basis.Swiftly administer business needs in conjunction with market requirements to improve and enhance productivity as well as profitability.Conducted interviews to recruit new team members.

Responsibilities:Implement Training and Development in line with the company’s Business Development Plan, byidentifying the training needs for staff at all levels and by sourcing and managing best value internaland external provision within the agreed annual budget
