WebResponsible for managing implementation of overseas website renewal: content creation, internationalization, introduction and implementation of group-wide website functionality and consolidation of domains and design.Duties include: - Liaising with overseas Group companies and local web companies to coordinate website construction, content and function introduction and design and implementation of update workflow. - Design, planning and implementation of new Group-wide website functionality. - Developing content framework for Group websites. - Planning and creation of content marketing. - Design, planning and introduction of Group-company update workflow. - Internationalization of content and integration of HQ and local content. Intellectual Property ManagementResponsible for ensuring that corporate trademarks are appropriately registered and available for global use. Duties include: - Development of Brand Management Regulations. - Creation of Group company and distributor/dealer contract templates. - Implementation and management of said contracts throughout the Group. - Surveying of Group companies to ascertain trademark registration requirements. - Management and registration of corporate brand marks. - Concluding trademark license agreements with Group companies. - Coordinating with the IP Dept., Group companies, Legal and Business units for prompt resolution of trademark disputes.Visual Identity/ Corporate Identity - Creation and deployment of Visual Identity Guidelines. - Survey and feedback to Group companies
