Identified an instrument power deficiency that resulted in the redesign of several electrical harnesses and components. Manufacturing Test Engineer Authored Acceptance Test Procedures and Test Requirement Documents in support of a missile production program. Performed fault analysis to determine the cause of product electrical and mechanical failures. Provided test technicians with technical instructions for conducting acceptance tests, developed a fuel vapor measuring procedure that detected Hydro-carbons. Tested and implemented an o-ring rivet design solution to prevent fuel cavity leaks.Proposal Manager Developed Engineering and Contract Change Proposals that resulted in additional program funds.
