Manage the day to day operations of the organization for the Houston Region. Operating a temporary vendors stage at various venues throughout the Houston area. Conduct training on proper procedures in the field, general sales and technical training of the support personnel at the many venues. Responsible for scheduling, inventory and budget at both the temporary venues and in the remote office.

Served as the subject matter expert for the organization’s Direct to Substrate Printer hardware, providing advanced support for all LogoJET clientele and their end customers. Created technical documentation, maintenance procedures, forms, manuals and training videos for customer and employee use. Created and implemented a scalable inventory tracking and reorder system which resulted in a reduction in the amount of time the client spent to track and manage their inventory. Researched, tested and launched new products to sell to clients, then provided direct support for their products. Field Technician, with travel throughout the Continental United States, having supported clients at their offices and at regional trade shows. Provided remote support and instruction for clients on a daily basis. Built, repaired and converted printer hardware systems to ensure continued client success. Created technical documentation, maintenance procedures, forms, manuals and training videos for client and employee use.

Maintained company network, daily backups, and server checks. Programmed customer accounts through face to face or remote interactions, customizing them to their specific needs. Performed network, system and station upgrades and break/fix duties. Monitored and managed users’ computers and network devices. Created new accounts for the clients new users to include remote access into the users’ computers. Supported standardized roll out of software company wide.

Network technician when not traveling for contracts. Provided inventory management, remote deployment & support for the organization. Responsible for all government contracts, specifically the oversight and financial matters. Responsible for Coast Guard and OSHA relations and inspections. Maintainer of the Facility Response Plan (FRP), and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) programs. Conducted employee training to assure compliance with the FRP and SPCC.

Handled Tier 1 through Tier 3 level technical support. Created and escalated defect and software tickets and support requests. Maintained multiple client networks both remotely and on prem, travelling to client sites as needed. Installed network servers, clients, and peripherals devices. Installed state of the art home theater systems. Acted as a client liaison for case escalations in the hardware department.
