Project Manager
CurrentRole• Project Management role delivering SaaS invoice-automation accounts payable software • Full end-to-end project management role from pre-sales assistance, all the way through to project closure• Projects included onboarding of new clients and upgrading of existing accountsResponsibilities• Produce initial pre-sales project documentation, including preliminary scope statement, proposed schedule and cost-estimation documentation• Complete of all project documentation including full scope statement, UAT approval, go-live approval, and project closure documentation• Arrange and lead kick-off meetings and scope-definition workshops• Key stakeholder liaison to ensure clear communication, mitigation of potential issues, and keep project to schedule• Run regular project meetings with clients in remote locations and overseas, in multipe time zones• Manage project budgets through allocation of project hours to assigned members of the project team• Produce Change Request documentation to amend scope, as required• Transition customers to support team after successful completion of projectsBaawareBasware is the global leader in cloud based e-invoicing and purchase-to-pay solutions with more than 1,000,000 users in over 60 countries.
