Paul began his aviation career with CASCO in 1989 joining their stores and logistics department. In 1991 Paul joined Aeroserv International based in Gatwick where he headed the stores department, subsequently moving to Dan-Air Engineering as a sales executive responsible for creating a new sales department based in the Gatwick facility. Paul returned to Commercial Aerospace Services Company Ltd in 1994 where he worked in all departments, in 1999 being promoted to Support manager with responsibility for all contract customers and repairs. In 2005 Paul was promoted to Director of Operations with day-to-day responsibility for managing the company. Paul joined the board of Directors in 2006. Paul has studied contracts with the Air Business Academy in Toulouse and law with the Open University. Paul brings to the team experience in commercial, sales, finance and budgeting, law and administration.Specialties: Initial Provisioning (IP)/Re-provisioning assessment and advice.
