• Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements, whilst ensuring regulatory adherence.• Provide detailed analysis of quality data and present using Pareto charts and recommended actions.• Write quality requirements for supplier agreement documentation.• Set and communicate the quality strategy for both the manufacturing and on site processes. • Ensure APQP processes are implemented and reported on during new product introduction.• Drive PFMEA sessions with multifunctional teams and write production control plan as required.• Write and implement test and inspection plans and develop associated quality KPIs and feedback loop.• Audit, assess and approve potential suppliers and continually monitor supplier performance. • Develop quality control processes in the factory, ensuring high quality products leave the factory through to installation on site.• Manage documentation of quality assurance and quality control for accreditation via a risk based QMS.• Implementation and maintenance of certification for ISO9001, ISO14001, NHBC and BOPAS accreditation, including project planning and implementation.• Design and management of internal auditing process for the factory and site.• Verify that proper change control processes are followed.• Plan and evidence certification and commissioning activities to enable Building Control approval.• Ensure regulatory elements of the buildings have been met, fire prevention methods, EPC calculations, gas and electrical safety certificates.• Set and agree quality standards for fit and finish with trade contractors
