Worked and directly accountable to the WRHA BPSP Project Leadership Team consisting of the Executive Director of WRHA and Program Director from the project’s integration partner (HP) as well as other senior WRHA stakeholders.•Role included in-depth and extensive wide scope of Senior SAP Project Management responsibilities for launching this project, project initiation activities, project blueprint activities and project realization activities. Cadbury Schweppes (Plano TX, Whippany NJ, and Birmingham UK) Apr. 2007-Jan. 2009Senior member of the Cadbury SAP PMO team for the initiation and project management of the following two global SAP projects:Dec . 2007 – to-Jan 2009: Senior Project Manager for a major project ($4.5 US million) on the enhancements and global implementation of the Technical Data Recipe Management system (an integrated solution using SAP and the Optiva database functionality). •Managed all facets of a multi-country project (USA, Canada and UK), a large multi-disciplinary team of technical (RICEF), functional and key user resources to plan, design, build, test and implement the new functionality. •Managed a team of 24 plus assigned (internal and external) technical and business project resources and successfully completed all project management duties to complete the go-live of all new and upgraded functionality by the planned date during mid December 2009. •The project was a major success for Cadbury and was delivered on time and on-budget. I was assigned to this project after successfully completing the project management Cadbury’s SAP 4.6C to ECC6.0 upgrade project described below. Apr . 2007 – Dec. 07 Senior SAP Project Manager for the upgrade and implementation of a major corporate wide ERP SAP ECC6.0 system. This was a highly successful upgrade project involving over 2000 users (FICO, MM, PP, QM, PM, SD, BW, APO). •Built and managed a team of over 80 external and internal resources to complete (on-time and on-budget (approx. $4M)) all phases of this intense, aggressive ASAP based project). •Managed and directly participated in all detailed activities during the unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training development and execution, final preparation, go-live and post go-live production support phases of this project.•Project went successfully live on the planned date of Dec. 10th.

•Senior SAP Manager for program and project management on a major SAP 4.7 implementation which went successful live with 150 plus users on 22nd Jan. 2007. The SAP solution included all major core modules (SD, MM, FICO, WM, PP and the AFS (pre-configured IS-Retail apparel and footwear industry solution processes).•Contracted on to the project in early September 2006 when the project had “de-railed” with increased scope creep, loss of staff, and lack of an effective training and change management program. Project was created as a result of an acquisition of a local North American apparel company.•Worked very hard and long hours with the executive management team to re-plan the SAP program, re-build an effective project organization structure, and the re-build of the end-user and consulting teams. Assisted in the re-evaluation and approval of the project budget for an extended go-live to mid Jan 07.•Worked closely with client functional project and team leads and power users (SD, MM, FICO, WM, and PP), technical team lead, the functional consultants and the technical BASIS and ABAP, RICEF consultants and specialists in planning, monitoring, support and direct participation of the execution of the remaining key outstanding project blueprint and realization completion, integration testing, mock cut-over testing, training, change management, final preparation, data conversion and final production data loading, and the go-live and final production support phases of the this very critical project for the company. •This was an extremely intense role which required, from me, considerable “political” awareness of getting things completed in a highly politically charged, aggressively led and user “resistant” environment.
