This project involved liaison with both the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as a number of local European prosecutors. I was responsible for the management of a purpose built data center with responsibility for budget, reporting, and a number of outsourced vendor relationships. Reporting regularly to client and external stakeholders, this project presented unique challenges in relation to regulatory and country specific legislation.* Led the provision of Computer Forensic services to a Global Foreign Corrupt Practices Act review. This review covered the Asia Pacific, Middle East and European regions and involving the collection and analysis of computer systems, servers and backup devices.* Managed and led an investigation into the introduction of a computer virus into the corporate networks of a major banking institution.
