Led Strategic Footprint Optimization project (L’OCCITANE Inc., USA, voluntary case under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code), transforming retail network to increase profitability. Closed 45 locations with burdensome Leases. 100 Leases to remain were successfully renegotiated.Effectively managed Retail Network temporary closures during the early stages of the unprecedented COVID crisis and led direct negotiations with Landlord partners to secure necessary rent abatements.Conceptualized and implemented new North America Head Office (21K sf) for L’OCCITANE in New York, NY, 2019.

Conceptualized and implemented new award-winning Concept Store for L’OCCITANE at 555 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY, 2018.Collaborated in the design and implementation of new award-winning Flagship for L’OCCITANE at Yorkdale, Toronto, Canada, 2017.Led all in boutique Visual Merchandising. Developed and implemented creative ways to effectively communicate seasonal concepts in our Flagship stores, and created and delivered in-store Visual Merchandising initiatives to make the brand even more relevant in North America.

Designed and coordinated multiple retail projects for brands including; L’OCCITANE En Provence, MAC Cosmetics, Tourneau, Rolex, Salvatore Ferragamo, West Elm, True Religion Brand Jeans, H&M, BCBG/Lola, Hudson Group and Kipling.Responsible for Production of concept & schematic design drawings, presentation visuals, construction drawing sets, coordination of all design and engineering disciplines, project administration and on site supervision.
