Paul is a proactive, versatile civil engineer in the water sector with 23 years’ experience gained in the management of multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and environmental scientists. He delivers excellence by working with clients to fully understand their requirements and by forming, leading and motivating teams to achieve defined objectives and milestones. He has a strong delivery track record with clients in the public and private sectors, with a construction value ranging from £100k to £5M. In recent cases where regulators have historically objected to development proposals, Paul has successfully negotiated with the client and regulators to address their concerns and achieve the removal of the objection to development.‘I am grateful for your assistance on this project and on other situations.
