On site service delivery technician to multiple schools in the Devon area. Duties include responding to customer requests and issues using the TopDesk ticketing system as well as providing support for technology hardware including PCs, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, Projectors, Audio equipment, Interactive panels, and mobile phones.The role has enabled me to demonstrate exceptional service skills dealing with customers that are school children, teachers and other IT professionals when dealing with product replacement and 3rd party suppliers and installers. I am confident and able to settle any conflict and prioritize a quick and solution focused resolution to any issue as I strive to go the extra mile for all my customers.During my time in the role I have been responsible for training new members of the team as well as given the opportunity to take on solo tasks and lead a team while doing installation tasks over the school holidays. These opportunities have allowed me to develop both my team working and team leading skills.The role has been great experience for me to use and build upon my troubleshooting skills. I have managed to gain experience with Windows and Apple systems from Windows 10 to 11 and Intune and have growing confidence in identifying at which OSI level the issue is occurring and applying a suitable fix.
