I am driven to deliver. As tasked, on or ahead of schedule with a trusted first-time quality. Currently, delivery means ensuring the as-built ship’s configuration is aligned to the as-designed and as-required. Previously, I have been responsible for cradle-to-grave project technical deliveries.I enjoy the unique engineering challenges that the marine environment presents. I have worked in-service support submarines (multiple companies), subsea ROV tooling design and military and non-military shipbuilding. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the water sailing!I am passionate about diversity. I am a leader. I have previously worked as a design engineer, site engineer, project engineer and as a quality engineer. I am cognizant that my team is composed of unique individuals that have personal goals and ambitions. I endeavour to create a fun yet productive environment. I try to inspire the team to perform by valuing delivery and accountability over non-value add business rules.
