There’s two things I’m currently doing! The time split and earnings from these are pretty much a 50-50 split!I’m working as a Senior Project Consultant with NFP Success. To date projects have included Apace Aid, Carbon Farming Foundation, South West Refuge, Regional Arts WA, The Conservation Council of WA, Noongar Mia Mia, SSSI/ SIBA, WA Police Legacy, The BASE Youth Inc, Word Travels, Vic Park Centre for the Arts, Citizen Advocacy Perth West, Art On The Move, Synapse, The Peter Cowan Writers' Centre, Consumers of Mental Health WA, No Limits, South Lake Early Learning Centre, WA Police Legacy, Waratah, Kimberley Personnel, LocalKind Northern Beaches, Broome CIRCLE and Epilepsy WA/ Epilepsy Foundation Australia. A mix of corporate governance, strategic planning, business improvement, merger facilitation, recruitment and workplace investigation. I work with award winning music duo Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse, managing their bookings, helping with some of their bigger projects and generally feeling incredibly privileged to be a part of their mission of bringing Noongar language into the spotlight through their music.Previously I’ve been CEO of Perth NRM, WA Music (WAM) and the Film and Television Institute (WA) , better known as FTI - nearly 20 years all up. In each organisation one of the things that brings me the most personal pride are the programs that I was able to create, fight for and deliver for our Indigenous stakeholders.As a leader my experience shows me that a clear purpose, and clear goal-setting linked to that purpose, gives people the opportunity to grow, to innovate and to lead. An organisation full of people doing this is on the path to being a successful one.I am an excellent communicator and influencer (often when not in a position of power), which is evidenced by the success I had building WAM's advocacy program to one that remains evident in national music policy and initiatives today. I also have both a strong grounding in, and a lateral approach to marketing and a strong empathetic understanding of how a campaign is perceived by a range of stakeholders.I bring a very strong grounding in financials and governance - both through experience and education.I'm a dog-person. I surf (sort of), love Aussie Rules football and am a musician.
