The facilities include 83 individual bedrooms, Tinderbox Café and a Marco Pierre White restaurant.As General Manager, I managed the project from development stage through to a successful opening. This included design, procurement, team structure design and recruitment, and all operational and commercial aspects of the business. I spearheaded the transformation of the property into a thriving establishment, leveraging exceptional trading results and an unwavering commitment to excellence. We achieved superior market share from trading month three and exceeded budget sales in both Rooms and Food and Beverage.Alongside this role, I was also working within the Interstate Regional Leadership Team to support leading the Hotel Indigo Glasgow for five months, including the drive for operational excellence and being a mentor and coach for the on-property leadership team. -
