Standardisation of Theoretical Knowledge at the ATO.Providing theoretical instruction to student pilots at Induction levels, PPL (Private Pilot Licence) level and ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) level.Oversight of TKIs and students at the ATO.Manage administration projects such as: Updating of the ATO training manual; Devising a new series of manuals, specific to the different courses that the ATO provides; Introduction of a new ATPL theory service provider into the ATO; Implementation of the new EASA 100 KSA requirement for ATPL students; Digitising the flight training lessons onto an online recording system; Overhaul of the IR training course in liason with the Head of Training; Providing seminars for standardisation within the ATO.Filling in student documentation as required by the ATO regulations.Establishing new mock tests for the ATO based on updated syllabi for PPL and ATPL level.Updating PPL presentation slides to ensure adherence to all Part-FCL Learning Objectives.Supervising and correcting mock examinations for PPL and ATPL students.Reviewing all students' documentation to ensure compliance with Malta Civil Aviation Directorate regulations.
