Assist the Superintendent and/or solve the Hydraulic, Electronic and Electrical systems related problems and failure on board of the equipment.Provide on request optimal technical support in case of equipment malfunctioning.Spot problems/risks and carry out checks on the control systems / applications thereby identifying possible sources of malfunctioning risks or incorrect use promptly and avoiding problems.Ensure the hydraulic equipment is being maintained to the company standers and the certifying authorities / OEM.Commission Hydraulic, Electronic and Electrical installations in consultation with the relevant teams. Share knowledge within the company, both verbally and in writing form, and provide technical training / background information and instructions for optimum performance and use of all systems.Recommend and make improvements to current Hydraulic, Electronic and Electrical systems.Write management reports clearly outlining status of machine/challenges/ support equipment.Contribute to systems related troubleshooting and problem solving.Write/design SOP’s related to hydraulic fleet in order to achieve highest safety standards and most efficient timeframe.Participate actively in all safety systems and procedures.MTC Codesys operating system programming and calibrating. Amplifier programming and adjusting.Bosch Pump Controller Bodas software programming and balancing.VHMS programing and calibrating.

Duties & Responsibilities. New builds and Product Support of PC3000, PC7000 and PC8000 Hydraulic Shovels diesel/electric drive. Fleet information available on request. Also, the following, Supervise preventive maintenance works (scope of work and supply, duration, quality),Conduct the periodic inspections.Train the personal on periodic inspections Ensure the equipment is maintaining peak performance by monitoring & reporting operating conditions, operating techniques, equipment health data, load factors & wear rates. Hands on electrical / mechanical training including some basic structured classroom training.Basic root cause analysis (RCA) of premature failed components. Handling of new stock items, warranty replacement stock items, inventory stock.Managing damaged parts to be send for reconditioning and root cause failure analysing. Assist with the implementation of OEM / Dealer specific processes & technical documentation.Managing preparation of equipment work and safety procedures.Participate in site Continuous Improvement Process (CI).Highlight any incorrect Machine Operations to the COMPANY for improved performance.MTC Codesys operating system programming and calibrating.
