This has resulted in Paul being a strategic, analytical and creative thinker with strong business sense and excellent financial skills, as well as a data-driven decision-maker with outstanding analytical skills.Paul has extensive experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, data analytics, communication and PR, PPC, email, affiliates, attribution, CRM, programmatic, display, and social media.Before arriving in the UK from his native South Africa, Paul was an Officer in Army Intelligence. He found great success with this and for years was working in the post of a Major whilst still a Lieutenant and was the youngest officer to have deployed in an Intelligence role (G2 and tactical) in the DRC under the United Nations (MONUC).Sport is also a passion, with previous success in achieving Provincial selection in hockey, snooker, and athletics. Paul also coached hockey for a couple of years for his old high school, Pretoria Boys High. These days however Paul enjoys taking part in golf, triathlons, cycling, rugby and target shooting.Paul recently completed his MBA with distinction and spends his newfound spare time ideating around sustainability and emerging tech.Paul is also a coach, mentor, informal investor and member of Mensa.
