Currently seconded to manage the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment service and the Liaison Psychiatry service for SSSFT. Responsible for service planning and delivery of mental health care in these areas in partnership with a variety of commissioners, statutory and non-statutory bodies and service users and carers across the geography of South Staffordshire.

Managing 25 staff, mainly nurses, on an acute psychiatric admissions ward delivering care and treatment to people with mental health problems. Responsible for environmental, risk and financial managment in this area together with relationship management internally, with service users and carers and partner organisations

Responsible for bed management and relief staffing in a large psychiatric hospital. Responding to and managing psychiatric and medical emergencies. Liaising with the public and emergency services. Co-ordinating complex patient logistics.
