Allow me a few moments to give you a brief outline of what has made me… me!Working for a public house for eight years presented me the opportunity to learn and develop vital customer service techniques that I have brought with me in business roles that followed.Building on these eight years of customer service experience I began my career in the IT industry by developing a small group of clients while working as a freelance web designer. This allowed me utilise customer service, design, and technical development skills. My client list ranged from local businesses to hotels.I then joined BT Ireland as a Network Technician before completing an apprenticeship in Telecommunications & Data Networks. Working on the live core network I honed skills developed during the course. I graduated with a distinction, and I was also nominated for national apprentice of the year. I then worked on the Three Ireland Radio Network. During this time on the network, I continued to grow my skill base working on PIM testing, rigging (hardware replacement), transmission configuration BTS configuration, along with various other testing.Presently I am working on the core network planning and managing the live and new circuits. This is an exciting opportunity to continue my technical development. Who knows what the future holds?...
