I am currently working in Environmental Services for Recycling First. We also have a sister company, Express Mobile Soil Testing in which I am helping run and complete nationwide testing all while growing the business. I am an experienced People Leader with 18 years experience in the Financial Sector. Having worked within numerous Teams and Managed numerous Branches, I have gained skills in Stakeholder Management, Risk Adherence, People Management alongside strong Planning and Organisational Skills. I moved into Project Management in the latter part of 2022 and have qualified as an AgilePM at both Foundation and Practitioner Level. I also now have experience of Release Management after moving into that role in September 2023.I have experience in a Customer Facing Environment with a proven track record of leading highly motivated, well supported and successful teams who are driven to be the best they can be through open communication and transparency. I also have a commitment and drive to work towards goals and self manage to ensure I am constantly busy with a purpose, developing myself and progressing.
