All of our training is practical and delivered in an outdoor environment, focusing on skills such as formwork, concreting, steel fixing and general ground works.Although our skills are based around construction, our style of training targets areas of lost productivity in every industry – safety, injury prevention, nutrition, reliability, budgeting/financial literacy, along with the ability to work with different personalities in the workplace.We also offer short training courses for anyone within the construction industry that wants to upskill e.g. upskill a labourer, providing skills that allow them to be able to properly assist a TradespersonWe offer participants the opportunity to learn unique skills such as the building and installation of new products like Formshore (unique shoring system) and NonDrill (handrail and hoarding system).The main focus of Productivity Bootcamp is that all learners leave with an understanding of what output they must achieve to give value for money

Productivity Force, a joint venture with NSW Business Chamber, offers contract and self-performing crews to both the infrastructure and building industry. We specialise in formwork, steel fixing, concreting, site clean-up, general ground works and more. Infrastructure is a labour-intensive industry, having all trades in a crew is costly and inefficient. Our structure utilises graduates from Productivity Bootcamp who have the skills to assist Tradespeople, making crews more efficient, by allowing Tradespeople to focus on what they do best.Productivity Force will solve the problem of introducing more trainees and apprentices to tackle our rising skill shortage resulting from more people retiring from the industry than entering. 60 Seconds is a software platform that enhances communication skills. Whilst it was built for the corporate world, I quickly saw the value that 60 seconds would have in other areas. I have now embedded 60 seconds in Productivity Bootcamp – utilising the tool to assist our Tradesmen/Trainers to effectively engage, communicate and motivate the young men and women within the program. We now also offer 60 seconds to the participants as well, setting tasks around effective communication and are quickly seeing the positive effects it is having on individuals. With the world moving as quickly as it is, survival of the fittest is now those that can effectively sell themselves, negotiate and network in that first 60 seconds of conversations.
