My primary focus over the last 12 months has been the transformation of Dublin Airport's food and beverage offerings, recently delivering five new outlets that elevate the customer experience across Terminal 1 & 2. This role leverages my extensive background in project management and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry,Acting as main point of contact between all key stake-holders and clients, while leading the project team, Including contractors, architects and on site food and beverage operations teams.My expertise in establishing 2 restaurants and a gourmet food store in Dublin City, from concept, right through the design and build stage, and onto successful operation for over 10 years, has allowed me to have a unique understanding of micro detail involved in every aspect of business management.
