I’m a marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience in the banking, tourism, telecommunications and health industries. Set up SEM campaigns off the back of this to drive traffic and create leads.- Ran growth tests on the HealthEngine practices website to optimise lead conversion running SEM campaigns, landing pages, gated content, blog articles, live chat, survey polls etc. Formed strategies off the back of these learnings to determine the way forward.- Managed the launch of new product releases including Booking 360 taking care of asset creation, media planning, budgeting, direct mailings, digital assets, social posts, SEM and display ads working with internal and external stakeholders. - Managed the implementation of SugarCRM liaising with external developers and internal stakeholders including sales and customer success. Moved from using different platforms for quoting, billing, invoicing, contracting and managing installations to one automated system. This was crucial to becoming a SaaS business.- Liaised with sales and customer success team to improve sales processes and ensure all data was captured in the CRM system and automate as many processes as possible.- Set up dashboards to report on sales, installations status, churn, incoming leads, conversion rates by agents and heat maps by state. -
Senior Marketing CoordinatorIinet Jul 2011 - Dec 2014SubiacoI was originally employed as a marketing coordinator before being promoted to a campaign manager and finally senior marketing coordinator.- Set up the campaign management system at iiNet (Portrait) to allow triggered emails, direct mail, SMS and outbound calls as well as prompts to internal systems - Worked to integrate NBN data into iiNet systems using geocoding to identify prospects and customers.
