As a results-driven sales and operations executive, my career spans two-plus decades of senior leadership experience driving multi-million dollar sales growth, streamlining business processes, and executing large-scale turnarounds for Cox Media Group. An industry-respected VP/GM, I gained a reputation as a forward-thinking leader and market analyst at integrating competing cultures, building high-performance teams, and launching go-to-market strategies in both the media sales and content arenas to boost revenue share and market rankings.Progressively advancing with Cox Media Group from Account Executive and General Sales Manager roles, I was selected as Director of Sales Charlotte before being tapped as Vice President/General Manager Memphis, and then as Vice President Atlanta, Content and Broadcast Operations, and subsequently to my current role as VP/GM WFTV/WRDQ in Orlando. As VP/GM Memphis, I drove the transformation of a Fox Owned & Operated (O&O) affiliate to a Cox station, growing ratings to #1 (adults 25-54). As Director of Sales Charlotte, I launched/grew an independent TV station (WAXN) to increase revenue 400% and market ranking to #5, and boosted market share of a top-performing #1 ABC affiliate to a historical high.I launched my career in New York-based roles, initially as a station Account Executive prior to becoming Partner/COO of an advertising agency. In recognition of my industry successes, I was twice honored with the Fox #1 award (2016 and 2017). A past member of the ABC Sales Advisory Board, I currently serve on the Boards of the Florida Association of Broadcasters and the TVB.

Turned around a severely underperforming station, rebuilding it from the ground up; advanced in ratings to #1 (adults 25-54) in every newscast, and grew market share 6%. Held full P&L responsibility and supervised all department heads.
