Working with local and central government partners across the South West to support regeneration plans, delivering high quality jobs and homes. Leading the SW Team on the Brownfield Land Release Fund that's so far invested over £70m to unlock Council-owned sites across the South West.

Experience across all aspects of Homes England - acquiring strategic land, remediating brownfield sites, leading on masterplans / design codes / design reviews / public consultation to secure planning permission and selecting development partners. Real focus on regeneration, but also on strategic garden villages and new settlements. I have led on affordable homes funded projects and arranged equity funding to unlock SME housing sites. Throughout this time, I have proactively collaborated with partners to establish place priorities and identify deliverable solutions.

Board Member supporting the promotion of innovation in the arts and sciences. The society has been active since 1833, receiving Royal Patronage from King William IV in 1835 and has attracted some significant contributors, including Alfred Nobel who demonstrated nitro‐glycerine for the first time anywhere in the world in 1865.

Development services including the production of regeneration strategies and area plans through extensive consultation with businesses, key stakeholders and the wider community. Many projects required effective multidisciplinary working to produce deliverable solutions for private and public sector development partners.

Town planning services for residential and mixed-use developers including development plan promotion, planning applications and appeals, development briefs and urban capacity studies. This included the delivery of an urban village and a number of urban extensions.
