CurrentProvide a high degree of expert consultative services in preparing technical qualitative and quantitative data projects and ad-hoc reports by describing the methodology, findings, and conclusions, including the preparation of supporting tables, graphs, and charts in a structured, professional format using Word, Excel, and software access databases to make final recommendations which may be used for analysis and decision making by departmental staff and management within the branch, division, and executive staff of the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS).Write queries using Structured Query Language (SQL) for departmental data requests including scoping system issues, program initiative impacts, and create both ad hoc and automated reports which may be used to assist in managing program performance and for analysis and decision making by departmental staff and management.Analyze and summarize data using Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software to produce reports, make comparisons, and identify data anomalies for departmental data requests to DCSS staff and management with statistics to assist with analysis, assessments, and decisions about the ProgramWrite technical specifications to document the architecture, business specifications, functionality, methodologies, definitions, and requirements of software applications and programs used by thebranch which may be used for analysis and decision making by departmental staff and management.
