Reporting directly to the business partners..To source, target and win new business on behalf of the business. Identify, qualify and build solid relationships with potential new business prospects in order to promote and sell the company's portfolio of supply chain services to meet growth potential.Actively manage the entire sales cycle from pro-actively generating leads, establishing intial contact with potential customers. Prepare proposals & presentations and support the negotiation of contracts through to a successful completion. Provide account management support to both internal & external operations teams to ensure successful new client integrations.Provide support to the board of directors to develop a robust business growth strategy.Develop multi-tier relationships within the wider industry to organically grow the business.Effectively meet business growth potential targets.Ensure all potential leads are fully explored to completion.Audit systems/processes as required to enhance the quality of service provided on an ongoing basis. Monitor performance provided by the operational teams and reccomend/review/update/amend/improve and implement necessary business changes.
