I have a broad background in commercial and corporate disputes, both domestically and internationally and both in litigation and in arbitration. In recent years I have developed experience of litigating and advising in relation to a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes and in particular in relation to disputes in the retail and consumer, e-commerce, construction, hotel and banking sectors. Many of these disputes have involved an international element and I frequently advise on associated issues of jurisdiction and procedure.When the Amsterdam office of Osborne Clarke was established in 2014, I joined Osborne Clarke from the start.
