The remaining syringe is disposed of in lower cost waste streams, such as yellow bagged bins, offering substantial savings to healthcare industries by reducing expensive bulk waste costs, reducing sharps bin purchasing costs by compacting the waste and helps the environment by lowering the amount of single use plastics.
