Due to a company restructer I'm currently in the process of transioning the Targets State Asset Department across to City Holdings, due to this I'm on secondment to City from Target until the end of Jan. After that... I look forward to see what the future holds.!As Regional Manager for Target I managed an enthusiastic team of people . My Asset Department aimed to provide an environment that supported Targets goals and strategies through comprehensive Facilities management. Our broad role was to maintain and enhance 83 sites including Stores, Support Offices and OSR’s across Vic / Tas.My department was responsible for managing Targets buildings to the relevant standards and regulations within the allocated budgets, along with maintaining a safe shopping and work environment for customers and team members.We did this by;  Being involved with new store developments and refits. Supporting new and ongoing projects. Manage capital works and capital renewal  Carrying out required maintenance programs to enhance Stores, Support Offices. Indentifying site risks and managing safety needs.  Initiate and support environmental and sustainability projects.

On joining Target in 1991 I was appoint Store Manager in the first 12 months, over the next 14 years I managed different stores through the region, leading over 150 team members and mangers in achieving great results in sales, shrinkage, cost restraints and most of all great customer service.
